- White paper bags
- Black construction paper or markers
- Googly eyes 👀
- Tissue paper strips (for ghostly tails)
- Glue stick or liquid glue

Step 1:
Decorate your white paper bag with spooky or silly ghost faces!
Use markers or cut black paper shapes for mouths and eyebrows — make them funny, scared, or sneaky!
Step 2:
Glue tissue paper strips to the bottom of the bag for floating, fluttery tails.
Step 3:
Add googly eyes for personality — because every ghost deserves a little boo-titude!
Step 4:
