Today we’re testing whether something could really hide under the waves… just like the famous Loch Ness Monster!
🧪 You’ll Need
- A clear bin or bowl filled with water
- A spoon or straw
- Small toys or “creatures” (dinosaurs, sea animals, or little “Nessies”)
- Optional: flashlight for extra effect
🔍 What to Do
- Set the scene! — Fill your bin with water and drop in your mini creatures.
- Make waves! — Use a spoon or gently blow through a straw to ripple the water.
- Observe closely — Try to spot your creatures under the surface. Notice how they look blurry or move around.
- Experiment! — What happens when the water is still? Can you see them better?
